I’m Amy Hasler, the founder of Confident Classroom Co., and I’ve spent my career in the trenches of education. I’ve taught everything from Career Tech to three-year-olds—and just about every age and stage in between.

But of all the titles I’ve held, my favorite has been New Teacher Coach.

I know how heavy that first year (or fifth!) can feel. I know what it’s like to have questions you’re afraid to ask an evaluator and hurdles that feel impossible to clear. My mission is to be the non-evaluative, "safe" person you can turn to for real-world answers. I’ve taken everything I learned working with new, alternatively certified, and struggling teachers and packaged it into practical strategies to help you move from survival mode to mastery.
